In cooperation with the two young entrepreneurs Jan and Simon, we are producing a small series of their mobile music system, the "Basswagen".
We support the two of them in making their concept suitable for serial production. With our know-how, we adapted their CAD model for CNC production. This model was then mill-cut by our industrial robot.
The first prototype was assembled and tested by Jan and Simon in our workshop. Except for a few adjustments, the concept already works great. Customers will later be able to assemble the trolley, including the built-in music equipment, in the same way as an IKEA cabinet. The time required for the assembly will be less than three quarters of an hour and will not require any drilling or sawing.
The improved model is already on the way with our support!
