The Dymax E-Pack battery was developed by us parallel to the introduction of the Voltage electric sports boat at FELLERyachting in 2009. The challenges in its design were to develop a vibration and shock-proof structure as well as a high-temperature-resistant housing. The result was a flexible system with small, light modules, high power output and individual cell monitoring.
The development was successful and insightful, but not without its challenges due to the battery technologies available back then. But thanks to the connections that we were able to establish during that time with some leading companies and service providers in this area, we now have more sophisticated systems.
